Pet sympathy card maker
Make a card for someone whose pet has died. Add the pet's name, pick a message or write your own, choose a design, and download it to send by text or email, or to print. It's free and you don't need to sign up.
How to send it
- By text message: download the card, then attach the image the way you would a photo.
- By email: attach the image, and paste the same words into the email with "Copy text" in case the picture doesn't load.
- On paper: the card is 1200 by 1500 pixels, which prints sharply at 4 by 5 inches. Glue it onto folded card stock, or print it on photo paper.
Choosing the words
The messages in the list come from our guide to what to write in a pet sympathy card, which groups them by situation and covers what to avoid saying. If you knew the pet, the best change you can make is to add one thing you remember about them.
Questions
Is my card saved anywhere?
No. The card is drawn in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to Porchlight. If you close the page before downloading, it's gone.
Can I use the cards for anything?
Yes. Send them, print them, or post them wherever you like. Each card has a small "Made with Porchlight" line at the bottom.
